Personalised products

All Topo signs are made to order and personalised to you (for example, with your chosen places, distances and directions). Because of this, once we’ve started making your sign, it cannot be resold to someone else.

No change-of-mind cancellations

For personalised products, the usual 14-day online “cooling-off” cancellation period does not apply. This is because the signs are made to your specific instructions.

That means we’re not able to accept returns or offer refunds if you change your mind, order the wrong place name, or decide you no longer want the sign.

Please check your order carefully

You are responsible for making sure that all spelling, distances and other details you enter are correct. We create your sign based on the information you provide at checkout.

If you notice a mistake, please contact us as soon as possible. If we haven’t started production, we’ll do our best to update your order – but we can’t guarantee changes once we’ve started making your sign.

If there’s a problem

If your sign arrives damaged, faulty, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos and your order number.
