Shipping Policy

All Topo signs are made to order. That means we need some time to make your signs before we can send them. You’ll see an estimated dispatch time when you order, and we’ll email you when your parcel is on its way.

Shipping carrier

We currently ship all orders with Royal Mail.

Delivery times

Shipping prices are calculated at checkout and may change from time to time. At the moment, our typical options for UK orders are:

  • Standard shipping (£3.50)
    Royal Mail, estimated 2–4 business days from the date we send your order (not from the date you place it).

    Free if you spend over £30.

  • Faster shipping (£5.95)
    Royal Mail, estimated 1–3 business days from the date we send your order.

Please note:

  • Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by Royal Mail delays, busy periods, or bad weather.

  • Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding bank holidays.
